Mobile APP
The mobile APP can be used with Android and iOS devices
For Facility Management, most of the operational orders executed occur on-site (corrective maintenance, preventative maintenance, asset movement, inventory management, etc.). It is a good practice to keep track of them as they are carried out in order to avoid delays and overlooks.
The mobile application called “CMDBuild”, provided by BV, for smartphones and tablets, implements the main features of the desktop interface:
Login (with groups and tenants choice)
Cards Management
Process Management (through the use of widgets)
Reporting
Views
Attachments
Relations
Search and filters
Customizable Menu (with hierarchical navigation)
Multi-language support
Users are also allowed to personalize custom pages, widgets and contextual menu components for a more simplified approach to manage certain operations.
Users can even apply additional features that are not present in the desktop interface:
- Taking photographs with the phone and file them in the application as attachments
- Ability to scan and read barcodes and QR codes when opening related cards
The mobile APP can be used for BV version 2.1 or higher and with the devices:
- Android version 5.1 or higher
- iOS version 11.0 or higher
